My approach to therapy is collaborative and it starts with your story.
I offer a supportive space to help you navigate challenges, pain points, and barriers to change. I incorporate solution-focused, mindfulness-based techniques to explore the impact thoughts and feelings have on patterns of behavior. Values, attitudes, mind-body awareness, and experiences are unique to each person, and co-creating a space to explore where you’re at and where you’d like to be is where we’ll start.
Everyone has the capacity to have meaningful connections, a feeling of self-worth, and a rooted sense of personal empowerment. My goal is to help you tap into your strengths, challenge your belief systems, and use your gift of choice to achieve your goals.
